The spacious living room boasts a stylish 140 x 200 sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. There's also a convenient working desk and a cozy dining area, making it the perfect space for both work and play.

We understand that convenience is key when it comes to travel, and that's why our apartment is accessible 24/7 through our secure keybox. Even if you arrive late, you can still easily access our apartment and settle in comfortably.
While there is no parking available directly outside the apartment, there is a convenient parking area just a short 5-minute walk away in the side streets' blue and white zones. While this is a paid parking lot, the blue zone allows for an hour of parking, while the white zone permits up to two hours for a fee of 7.50 CHF. Rest assured, once you've parked your car, you'll be able to easily explore the local area on foot.
To ensure that you stay connected during your stay, we also offer free wifi access in the apartment, so you can easily keep in touch with loved ones or catch up on work while you're away. We look forward to welcoming you soon to our comfortable and convenient apartment.

The green, mainly residential district of Kreis 8 is known for the riverside parks in Seefeld, including the Chinagarten with its artistic pavilions and the Zürichhorn with an open-air cinema. The historic Old Town is just a 20-minute walk away, where you can explore the charming streets, shops, and cafes. The Zurich Opera House is also just a 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy world-class performances and concerts.
If you prefer to explore by bike, there are several bike rental options available throughout the city, including the "Züri Velo" bike rental program. With bike lanes and paths throughout the city, biking is a convenient and enjoyable way to get around and see the sights.
